Mindfulness:

Here we will be going on a journey out of poverty and into a mindful world full of possibles.

First thing we will do is find our NOW or mindfulness. This is achieved by focusing on the breath and the body. And peacefully accepting and acknowledging what is happening.

Second thing we will do is contemplate Unconditional Love. Because, now that the mind has stopped chattering, we are free to love everything…pain and all. The hardest part I found with this practice is using with other people. We all have free-will and are on different paths, so we need to be strong to still love when all is lost.

Thanks for reading and going on this journey with me. We have a lot to go through. But lets go one step at a time.
